SUBSTANCE: invention provides new polymers and copolymers of one or more fluorinated derivatives of bis-vinyloximemetane having structure CX2-O-CX3X4-O-CX2= CX1F, where X1 and X2, same or different, are fluorine, chlorine, or hydrogen, and X3 and X4, same or different, are fluorine or trifluoromethyl. Indicated dienes form cyclic repeating units having structures a, b, c or d presented on claim 1 of invention.
