SOLUTION: When some kind of abnormality is generated in a monitoring object equipment installed in the building, the abnormality is detected by a monitoring device 2, and a communication channel equipment 4 is made to call the portable telephone set 3. Furthermore, a voice message corresponding to the abnormality contents is selected, audible signals (character information) for indicating a place where the abnormality is generated, the abnormality generation time and the level of the abnormality, etc., are generated and an equipment abnormality message in which the character information and the voice message are combined is prepared. It is transmitted from the communication channel equipment 4 to the portable telephone set 3, and the abnormality contents are reported to the operator carrying the portable telephone set 3 by characters and voice.</p> |
