<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TDM/ATM converting device capable of easily and surely detecting an interruption underrun caused by interruption processing time prolongation or the like. SOLUTION: This device has a FIFO 7 for receiving TDM data, DSP interface 6 for receiving data read out of that FIFO, and DSP 2 connected to an ATM line 1. In this case, an address coincidence detecting circuit 10 is added for detecting the coincidence of addresses between a write counter 9 and read counter 8 of the FIFO 7.</p> |
