PURPOSE: A power-factor improving circuit of an electronic stabilizer for a fluorescent lamp is provided to control power and automatically improve power-factor according to the number of a fluorescent lamp lit by a resonance inductor or a transformer of a stabilizer using a resonance-typed inverter of independent voltage and current resource methods. CONSTITUTION: A second axis of a transformer of a resonance-typed inverter or an inductor-interchangeable transformer is used to form a sine-wave-shaped or any high frequency independent voltage resource which is equal to an input power voltage in size and is operated with decades of kilo Hertz. A capacitor is coupled to the second axis, so that its value is controlled to control current strength. Rectified high frequency current, which is flown to the second axis of the transformer through a capacitor, is flown to an input side, improving a power-factor of the input side to be close to 1. Current, which is flown to the second side of the transformer, is flown through a filament of a fluorescent lamp, automatically controlling power without respect to use of the lamp. Therefore, it is possible to curtail manufacturing cost of the electronic stabilizer and improve quality in contrast with price.
