PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition capable of forming a film excellent in dispersibility of particle, transparency, slip properties and uniformity of surface, by adding a specific inorganic particle to a thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: This resin composition includes (A) the thermoplastic resin (preferably a polyester) and (B) the inorganic particle (preferably silica) having hydroxyl groups A <=2μmol/m2 calculated from formula; (hydroxyl groups on the surface of the particle [μmol/g])/(specific surface area of the particle [g/m2]), obtained by treating the surface of the particle with a monovalent alcohol (preferably methanol). This composition is obtained by kneading the component A and the component B by dispersing the component B in water and/or an organic compound having boiling point less than the melting point of the component A and supplying to a bent type biaxial kneader. Thereby, the inorganic particle is capable of uniformly dispersing in the thermoplastic resin in high concentration and capable of providing the film having surface of uniform unevenness and excellent in slip properties or the like. |
