PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve high accuracy and to secure excellent sealing performance in comparison with a seal component of the prior art wherein a splitting line is formed in almost the center of a side seal part. SOLUTION: A first form 2 has a first forming space 2a for forming the end seal part 1a and side seal part 1b of a seal component 1 made of resin, and a second form 3 has a second forming space 3a for forming a rear end 1c. The forms 2, 3 are closely held together and a resin is injected into the forming spaces and hardened whereby a splitting line formed by a form splitting surface 6 can be formed at the connection between the side face seal part and the rear end of the seal component 1. Since a holding member 4 provided at the second form 3 has its projecting side enlarged, the seal component can be taken out of the first forming space by the holding member 4. Also, the seal component can be separated from the holding member 4 by a knockout pin 5. |
