PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a bead pattern and to eliminate collapse of a protrusion and recess pattern on a surface of a skin by welding a foamed bead layer to an inner surface of an outside skin made of a thermoplastic resin, thereby improving weldability of the skin to a bead foamed molding. SOLUTION: First, the skin 10 is directed inward at its layer 15 of foamed beads of its rear surface, disposed on a molding surface of a mold, and the mold is closed. Then, the beads 16 are filled inside the skin 10 in the mold, and heated. Thus, the filled beads are welded to the layer 15 of the beads, the filled beads are welded to each other to form a foamed molding of a predetermined shape inside the skin 10, thereby obtaining the foamed molding with the skin in which the molding is integrated with the skin 10. In this case, since a welding force of the skin 10 to the foamed bead molding is good, it is not necessary to strongly press the foamed beads 16 to a rear surface of the skin 10 by raising a pressure of the mold, and hence development of the bead 16 occurring by the strong pressing can be prevented. |
