PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated bush preventing the generation of electrolytic corrosion of a wiper arm or the like under a corrosive environment by simple constitution and preventing the separation of a coating film, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: In a resin coated bush, a filler-containing polyamideimide resin is applied to a backplate of stainless steel to form a bush 30 wherein a resin layer is formed to a bearing part 31 and the backplate exposed part other than the bearing part 31 is entirely coated with a polyamideimide resin to form a resin layer. Further, the resin coated bush is produced by a process (a) applying the filler-containing polyamideimide to the backplate of stainless steel to dry and bake the same to form a bearing layer, a process (b) winding the material coated with the polyamideimide resin to process the same into the bush 30 and a process (c) applying spray coating to the bush 30 and subsequently drying and baking the coated bush to form the polyamideimide resin film to the back surface and end surface of the bush 30. |
