PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid crystalline resin composition excellent in both flame retardancy and thin-wall flowability useful as intended for electrical/ electronic parts or the like, surface appearance, low warpage and low-gas content. SOLUTION: This liquid crystalline resin composition is obtained by incorporating (A) 100 pts.wt. of a liquid crystalline resin with (B) 5-200 pts.wt. of glass fiber having a fiber diameter of 3-20μm, weight-average fiber length of 0.15-0.35 mm, the ratio of weight-average fiber length to number-average fiber length (Lw/Ln) of >=1.5, and the glass fiber 0.2 mm in fiber length accounting for 10-60 wt.% of the total glass fiber, and (C) 0.01-30 pts.wt. of red phosphorus.
