PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve amenity by blowing off air adjusted as desired at high level mode time and differential foot mode time. SOLUTION: An agitating rib 6 for generating a spiral flow is arranged in the bypass passage 4 part. A passage switching door 5 is parallelly moved to adjust the positional relationship between the boundary part of hot air and cold air shown by a chain lineαand the spiral flow. Thus, when the boundary part separates from the spiral flow, the cold air and the hot air are not mixed, and when the boundary part enters the spiral flow, the cold air and the hot air are mixed together.
