PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ultraviolet and/or infrared ray screening coating composition in which inorganic particles such as ZnO, ITO, ATO and the like are uniformly dispersed without using a dispersing agent, and to provide a shielding film excellent in transparency and durability. SOLUTION: Particles such as ZnO, ATO, ITO and the like having an average particle diameter of 0.1μm or less are uniformly dispersed in an acrylic resin formed by copolymerizing 1.8-12 wt.% of a dialkylamino group-containing (meta) acrylate monomer (a), 48.2-98.2 wt.% of a (meta)acrylate series monomer (b) other than the monomer (a), and, if necessary, 0-50 wt.% of a vinyl monomer (c) which can be copolymerized with the (meta)acrylate monomers (a) and (b).
