<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient accuracy in prediction based on clear evidences with superior reproducibility by substituting the prediction value of an environmental dose rate and the amount of planned operation obtained through the use of a multiple regression expression into another multiple regression expression. SOLUTION: The first computing means 20 creates the first multiple regression expression 21 on the rate of an environmental dose from the analysis data 11 on water quality and the measurement data 12 on the rate of an environmental dose by a multiple regression analytical technique. The second computing means 22 creates the second multiple regression expression 23 on the amount of an operation dose on the basis of the combination of a selected objective variable and explanatory variable. Next, the third computing means 31 substitutes the result 30 of analysis of water quality this time into the multiple regression expression 21 to compute the predicted value 32 of the rate of an environmental dose. The fourth computing means 34 substitutes the predicted value 32 predicted in this way and the amount 33 of planned operation this time into the multiple regression expression 23 to compute the predicted amount 35 of an operation dose. By this, it is possible to predict the rate 32 of an environmental dose and the transition curve 38 of a dose with accuracy on the basis of past field-proven data and a few parameters this time.</p> |
