PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate appropriate braking power by separating a means for converting power from an electric train line, and by controlling the conduction rate of a brake chopper when the voltage detected by detecting an input voltage at the side of the electric train line of the means for converting power is lower than the minimum set voltage. SOLUTION: A means 19 for setting the minimum voltage sets the minimum voltage at the side of an electric train line 12 of a means 11 for converting power for assuring commanded braking force, and outputs the minimum set voltage signal 19a to a means 20 for controlling switching. Then, when a detected voltage signal 14a outputted from a means 14 for detecting an input voltage becomes lower than the minimum set voltage signal 19a, the means 20 for controlling switching operates a means 13 for switching according to a switching control signal 20a, and separates the means 11 for converting power from the electric train line 12. Also, the switching control signal 20a is inputted to a brake shopper 15, and a conduction rate is controlled by a means 18 for controlling the conduction rate so that the conduction rate is set between the maximum and minimum set voltages. |
