PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a prepreg sheet into the given dimension and reduce the dimension fluctuation generated by the processes of heating through cooling for a molded product laminate molded by using cut pieces of the prepreg sheet. SOLUTION: In a processing method for a prepreg sheet, the prepreg sheet is formed by impregnating a thermosetting resin composition into a porous sheet-shaped reinforcing base and drying the same, and the prepreg sheet is heated up to the temperature higher than the temperature of melting a resin component in the prepreg sheet and then cooled to the room temperature, and the prepreg sheet is cut into the given dimension at the temperature in the range of being lower than the melting temperature in the above process and higher than the temperature which is lower by 5 deg.C than the softening temperature of the resin component of the prepreg sheet. |
