<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide satisfactory fixability to provide a stable printing result in a long-time printing work and also provide a high shielding force by including toner resin consisting of polyester resin and a specified quantity of rutile type TiO2. SOLUTION: A nonmagnetic toner grain comprises 100 pts.wt. of toner resin at least 50 pts.wt. of which consists of polyester resin and 65-180 pts.wt. of rutile type TiO2 to 100 pts.wt. of the toner resin. The toner grain further may contain a wax, and a particularly useful wax is a monohydroxy compound having the formula: CH3(CH2)nOH wherein (n) is an integer of 21-360, a monocarboxy compound having the formula: CH3(CH2)nCOOH wherein (n) is an integer of 21-360, or an onium compound having at least 12C atoms and a maximum of 12C-atom alkyl group. Further, the toner grain may contain a fluorescent brightener emitting fluorescence under UV light.</p> |
