FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: modification of rubber crumb is effected in the course of grinding. Used as chemically active modifying agent is nitrol-N (2-methyl-2-nitrosopropyl)-n-4 nitrosoaniline, metaphenylene bismaleinimide or rescorcinol urotropin. Modifying agent is introduced within period of time equal to 0.15 to 0.35 of total time of grinding in the amount of from 0.5 part by mass to 2.5 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of ground rubber.
