FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: implant has cast-in-block subperiosteal metal plate with holes and fastening members for manufacturing artificial denture. The implant also has a perforated plate of 10 mm in height and 4 mm in width. The perforated plate is placed in the central part of the periosteal plate along its longitudinal axis at an angle of 60-90 deg to the fastening members. Area of holes in both plates is equal to 50% of the total area of the plates. EFFECT: reliable fastening of the implant; long service life. 1 dwg
