FIELD: manufacture of building materials such as heat and sound insulating foam plastic blocks. SUBSTANCE: oven has boiling temperature zone, abrupt cooling temperature zone, and stabilizing temperature zone in first tier, as well as annealing zone in the form of multiple-zone channel formed by heat- insulating metal casing arranged in second tier; it is provided with sluice chambers at annealing channel inlet and outlet; each section has bottom electric heaters with independent power control; slotted gates are fitted above each section in heat-insulating casing; first section of annealing channel has additional heaters in roof part; ratio of sectional area of first section to maximal sectional area of block is within 1.3 : 1.4; for next sections of annealing channel this ratio is 1.1 : 1.05; length of first section equals eight lengths of block loading magazine; length of next sections of annealing channel equals four lengths of magazine. Oven is suited to recover all kinds of industrial and domestic wastes due to fast re- adjustment of its time and temperature conditions.
