PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide metal laminating polyester resin compositions having excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and weatherability, and also provide metal laminating polyester films and laminated metallic materials. SOLUTION: Laminating polyester films and laminated metallic material are prepared by using metal laminating polyester resin compositions which have, as the major component, a polyester resin component comprising a polyester resin containing 70 mol.% or more butylene terephthalate units and 0.5-40 wt.% polyoxyalkylene glycol having repeating units with two or more carbon atoms and are endowed with ultraviolet absorbing power and also have a melting point of 170-224 deg.C.
