PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for vacuum molding and simultaneous trimming winding of a skin material and its apparatus wherein even when an upper base and/or an edge exist on the peripheral edge part of the base material, each work of vacuum molding, trimming and winding can be simultaneously performed at the same place and waste of a skin material is decreased and a space for installation of an instrument can be decreased. SOLUTION: An apparatus for vacuum molding and simultaneous trimming winding of a skin material wherein press 5 for a material is provided on the lower part corresponding to the upper base U of a base material W in a mold 3 for vacuum molding and a hot blade 8 is respectively provided on the lower part corresponding to the edge part F of the base material W so as to be elevated and lowered and an upper platen 10 is provided above the mold 3 for vacuum molding so as to be elevated and lowered and a skin press frame 11, the first winding arm 17 and a trimming blade 13 to the upper base U side and an elastic press member 19 to the edge part F side and the second winding arm 21 are provided on the underside of the top platen 10, is provided. |
