<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital information reproducing device capable of performing stable magnetic tape traveling even when the time compression rate is high during recording, and a recording/reproducing device. SOLUTION: The ratio of frequency division among a frequency dividers 45, and 51 to 54 is set according to TCR information indicating a time compression rate during recording, and the frequency dividers 51 and 52 divide the frequency of the capstan CFG signal of a capstan motor 7. The frequency divider 51 is reset by a reproducing control signal, and the frequency divider 52 is reset by the output signal of the frequency divider 51. The frequency divider 52 outputs the phase detecting signal PCTLX of a cycle nearly identical to that during normal reproducing even when a magnetic tape traveling speed during reproducing is lower than that during recording. A phase comparison section 57 outputs a signal DPX indicating the difference between the phase detecting signal PCTLX and a reference signal PREFX. An integrated capstan servo section 59 performs driving control for the capstan motor 7 according to the signal DPX and a signal DV from a speed comparison section 58.</p> |
