<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a floor area in the installation of an image forming device and to facilitate sheet replenishment and jammed-sheet removal. SOLUTION: The image forming device is configured by stacking in the following order from bottom an image forming part 1 employing an electrophotographic system, an image-formation carrying path 2 for carrying a sheet to an image forming position, a paper feed cassette 3 for feeding the sheet to the image-formation carrying path 2 and accommodating sheets, and a sheet ejection table 4, provided in an exposed state, for receiving the sheet subjected to image formation which is ejected via the image-formation carrying path 2. The paper ejection table 4 is provided so as to be turnable in relation to the image forming device and the sheet ejection cassette 3 is also provided so as to be turnable at the same time. The sheet feed cassette 3 and image- formation carrying path 2 are provided so that they can be uncovered.</p> |
