PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of giving an optimum pedal feel to a driver corresponding to an operating condition. SOLUTION: A stroke simulator is formed out of a piston 22 movable for liquid pressure sent from a master cylinder, a permanent magnet 26 built into the piston 22, an electromagnet 27 positioned so as to face the sliding direction of the piston 22 and a spring 25 for generating a reaction force in the same direction as a reaction force generated with the electromagnet 27. In addition, constitution is made so that the electromagnet 27 is driven with a signal from a control unit 15 for generating a control instruction on the basis of a detection signal for a vehicle status. |
