DIOSCOREAE RHIZOMA DIVIDING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A dioscoreae rhizoma dividing device is provided to decide the start position of division with a scrapping device(4) according to an error of its amount with the target amount of first package of the reference dioscoreae rhizoma provided to a dividing dish. CONSTITUTION: The dioscoreae rhizoma dividing device has:a dividing dish(1); a tubular element(2); a dividing hopper(3) having a chute(12) for introducing the fed dioscoreae rhizoma in its inside to a V-shaped groove(10) of the tubular element; a producing device(4) consisting of a partition(14), a guide plate(15) and a scrapping plate(16); a packaging hopper(5) installed on the opposite side of the dividing hopper to the dividing dish to introduce the scrapped dioscoreae rhizoma by the producing device to the packaging device; and a control device(6) controlling the driving of a driving device(23) of the dividing dish or an elevator(24) of the tubular element and the like according to input data.
