<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a variation in release strength between a film and a foamed body and release the used inner film of a molded piece for reusing it by a method wherein a specific thermoplastic resin foamed sheet and a thermoplastic resin film are laminated, and a release strength between the both is controlled to be within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin foamed sheet having a foam size of 0.005-0.5mm minor axis on the surface thereof and a surface smoothness Rmax of 5-200mum and a thermoplastic resin film are laminated. A release strength between the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet and the film is controlled to be 5-400 g/25 mm width. The foamed sheet and the film are laminated through an adhesive. The thickness of the film is preferably 5-500mum. In production, a thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent, a material of the adhesive and a material of the film are fed into a confluent part 20 from an extruder 21, an extruder 22 and an extruder 23, respectively. These are passed through a resin path of a mold 21 in a laminated state to be extruded from a mold slit 13 in a cylindrical, form.</p> |
