PURPOSE: Provided is an exercise device for strengthening pelvis for women using minerals such as jades and stones. The device, being made of above minerals, offers synergic effect by the active ingredients of the minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron in preventing prolapse of uterus and vagina and improving urinary incontinence. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a main body(20) made of and weighted by one of the above minerals, having a main body part(24a) of a cross section of a circle with a certain diameter and a fixing part to connect/disconnect a soft and long thin withdrawing string(10), whereas the both ends of the above main body part(24a, 24b) are semi circle shaped and inserted to a part of the body without any strange feeling.
