PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably securely place an installation device for an air-conditioner even when a placing bed on which the air-conditioner is securely placed is insufficient in depth. SOLUTION: The lower part of the front of an air-conditioner 4 is fixed on a placing bed 3 by an L-shaped fixing tool 6 and a mounting screw and the lower part of the rear is fixed at a rear fixing tool 5 approximately in a U-shape provided at the rear part with a mounting surface 5d and a mounting screw placing bed 3.
