PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator for vibration generator, capable of uniformly dispersing respective element components constituting a W-base sintered alloy into W particles and also capable of stably manufacturing, in high manufacturing yield, a vibration generator reduced in the dispersion of mechanical properties such as bendability and having stable characteristics, a method of manufacturing the vibrator and a vibration generator using the vibrator. SOLUTION: A vibrator 3 for vibration generator is composed of a sintered alloy obtained by applying compaction and sintering to a tungsten-base alloy powder prepared by doping a tungsten powder with at least one element selected from aluminum(Al), silicon(Si), potassium(K), nickel(Ni), iron(Fe), cobalt(Co), rhenium(Re), thorium(Th), niobium(Nb), and yttrium(Y).
