PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the minimum residual charged voltage level on a flash capacitor, thus securing the energy source for operating an auxiliary circuit. SOLUTION: The minimum charged voltage level of the flash capacitor 29 is maintained by a DC circuit from a battery 25 to the capacitor 29 through a charging circuit 30 and a flashing power rectification diode 28. When a flash trigger switch 46 is closed, the automatic restarting operation of the flash charging circuit 30 is secured by connecting the charging circuit start terminal to the trigger switch by making good use of a restart diode 55 which is biased in a reverse direction, and when the trigger switch is open, the start terminal is separated from the voltage of the capacitor on the trigger circuit through the diode 55. In the case of loading the battery 25, the capacitor is previously charged and the restart diode 55 is maintained in a reverse bias mode. |
