PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cosmetics having a appropriate hair fixing property and no starchiness at the same time, having smoothness and glossiness and keeping moisture resistance simultaneously with excellent shampooing property. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetics is obtained by including (A) 0.1-20.0 wt.% amphoteric high polymer resin having 30,000-100,000 average molecular weight and represented by the formula [R1 and R6 are each H or methyl; R3 and R4 are each a 1-4C alkyl; R2 and R5 are each a 1-4C alkylene; R7 is a 1-24C alkyl, 10-30 wt.% of which being stearyl, 5-40 wt.% being methyl and 10-70 wt.% being a 6-13C alkyl; (m) and (n) are each polymerization degree of each monomer and cationization degree (ρ+) of the amphoteric high polymer resin defined by (n)/(m+n) is 0.3-0.7], (B) 0.1-20.0 wt.% plasticizer corresponding to 0.01-1.0 weight time component A, (C) a lower alcohol or water and (D) 0.01-10.0 wt.% oil.
