<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom for filter designing by reducing the load of fluids to the filter of a filter device as much as possible. SOLUTION: A roughly cylindrical passage forming body 7 where a fluid passage 13 is opened in a radial direction is provided. To surround the passage forming body 7, an annular filter device 14 is provided to filter fluids flowing out from the fluid passage 13. The filter device 14 has a filter 15 for filtering the fluids, and an annular frame 16 for supporting this filter 15. The filter device 14 is arranged such that the annular frame 16 thereof faces the fluid passage 13 formed in the passage forming body 7, and fluids flowing out from this fluid passage 13 directly come into contact with the frame 16 of the filter device 14.</p> |
