PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of a gap at an interface and improve the shield property and reliability by press-forming an irregularity on the part of a terminal pin composed of a conductive member, with the part being inserted and buried in a resin. SOLUTION: Terminal pins 5 which hold a heating resistance 1 and a thermosensitive resistance 3 disposed in a sub-passage 8, are inserted in a resin 6 as a normal structure but fine gaps always happen at the boundary between the pin 5 and resin 6. Due to the gaps, a problem of a combustion gas or the like entering the gaps arises. An irregularity 9 is formed on a part of the pin 5 insert-molded with the resin 6, thereby reducing the gap-forming rate at the boundary between the resin 6 and the pin 5 and improving the adhesion for increasing the interface resistance effect which enhances gas tightness. The existence of the irregularity 9 increases the pin 5 surface area, and the resin is filled between the peaks and valleys of the irregularity 9 at specified held angles to block a gas or fluid from entering the gaps.
|
