PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce injury during work by reducing burrs generated during resin molding of a fan shroud, and to reduce air resistance and noise. SOLUTION: A parting line 53 between a mold A and a mold B is positioned so that the parting line 53 be mated vertically with a straight portion 55 which is a side of a flash portion 2d by forming the edge of an outflow portion 2d of a fan shroud 2 to be bent outward with respect to a fan axis. Thus, generation of burrs is prevented due to vertical mating of the parting line which ensures high welding pressure of both molds, and positioning the parting line 53 on the straight portion 55. Thereby, injury during work, air resistance and noise are reduced. |
