SOLUTION: An electric discharge electrode 4 and a dust collection electrode 5 are provided in a easing 1 in which there are provided a heat exchanger 3 and an air fan 10, and a metal portion (the heat exchanger 3 and a supporting iron plate 7) connected with a ground level 26 in the casing 1 is connected with a commercial power supply line 25 through a resistor R1. |
