摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material for electromagnetic induction heating, having a magnetic plating layer on one side of a non-magnetic base material and capable of high output, and its manufacturing method and also to provide cooking utensils for electromagnetic induction heating, composed of the composite material for electromagnetic induction heating capable of high output. SOLUTION: In a composite material for electromagnetic induction heating, where a magnetic plating layer is formed on one side of a non-magnetic base material, the half-width of the X-ray diffraction peak in the [111] plane of the magnetic plating layer is <=0.40. The composite material for electromagnetic induction heating can be manufactured by forming a magnetic plating layer on one side of a non-magnetic base material and then applying heat treatment to the magnetic plating layer under hot-dry atmosphere at >=270 deg.C for >=5 min.
