<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve the workability of a bill preparation job by providing a voice synthesizing device and notifying the explanations of an operation error and its correction method or operation procedure by voice when there is an error in an operation. SOLUTION: A personal computer 11 is provided with a voice synthesizing device 24, and read voice data is outputted from a speaker 16 by voice. Input data is checked in every job processing, and when an illegal input is detected, the data of an error message statement and an error correction method statement are read from an error message file 22 and are shown on a display device 12. Voice data corresponding to the displayed error message statement and error correction method statement are automatically read by the device 24, and the speaker 16 outputs to the effect that an input error exists and also outputs an error correction method. Thus, a manual does not have to be read and the correction method can be grasped by voice.</p> |
