PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent move of a cooking container to be placed on a top plate, favorably conduct heating, and improve heating efficiency. SOLUTION: A number of ceramic beads 13 are provided on an upper surface of a top plate 10 disposed above an induction heat coil. In the upper surface of the top plate 10, the surface at a part where the ceramic beads 13 are provided becomes rough because of fine irregularities, so a cooking container placed on the top plate 10 becomes hard to slip. Even in heat-cooking using a non-magnetic cooking container of aluminum or the like, move of the cooking container can be prevented, thereby it can be heated with a large power. As a contact surface between the cooking container and the top plate 10 becomes small, heat of the cooking container is hard to be transmitted to the top plate 10, thereby heating efficiency is improved. |
