SOLUTION: Since a hydraulic vibration suppressing device 46 is provided in a signal pressure supply oil passage 44 supplying a signal pressure PSOL to a control pressure adjusting valve 40 and a first pressure adjusting valve 34 from an electric and hydraulic conversion device 42, the vibration of the signal pressure PSOL supplied to the control pressure adjusting valve 40 and the first pressure adjusting valve 34 through the oil passage 44 is suppressed, and the coupled vibration caused by the vibration is suppressed satisfactorily. For this reason, since the vibration of tensile force control pressure PBELT is eliminated, a shortage of friction engaging force of a transmission belt of a continuously variable transmission 16, a slip of the transmission belt or the wear of a friction contact face, and the reduction of transmission efficiency of the continuously variable transmission caused by the shortage are prevented satisfactorily, and the vibration or noise of the continuously variable transmission 16 is prevented satisfactorily.
