PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a strength without using an adhesive at all by providing an air gap on a concentric circle of a outer peripheral inside of a tire made of a soft synthetic resin, disposing a bearing, filling a hard synthetic resin having a higher melting point temperature than that of the soft synthetic resin in the gap, and integrally fusion bonding them. SOLUTION: An air gap is provided and disposed between an outer periphery 2 of a tire made of a soft synthetic resin and a bearing 3. A thermoplastic hard synthetic resin having a higher melting point temperature than that of the synthetic resin of the periphery 2 is cast and filled in the gap. Then, the soft synthetic resin of a boundary of a circular arc-like inner periphery 10 of the periphery 2 having a low melting point temperature is remelted. Then, the resin is mixed with the hard resin in an integrally fused state. Then, the hard resin is cooled to be cured, a tire base 5 and the periphery 2 are fusion bonded in the state that they are completely integrally with each other in its boundary, and coupled fixedly. Gas generated by remelting the soft resin is exhausted out along the inner periphery 10. |
