METHOD FOR REFRESHING AREA BASE FOR VIDEO COMPRESSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adaptively refreshing the other area in a video for obtaining error resistance and satisfactory compression ability by constituting a method of a stage for selecting a macro block and a stage encoding respective frames and intra-encoding the selected macro block. SOLUTION: The macro block of three areas is indication-divided (S202) and the macro block of N1 is selected at random in an intermediate important area for intra-encoding (S204) and the macro block of N2 i5 selected at random in an area which is not important for intra-encoding (S206). The most important area is divided into the slices of N-SLICE (S208). The slice which is recently intra-encoded is selected for intra-encoding among the slices (S210). The macro block is selected for intra-encoding in all the areas and the frame is encoded by applying intra-encoding suitable for the selected macro block (S212).
