<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly recognize the entrance/exit history of a person in or from a room and a staying state of the person in the room. SOLUTION: When a person sets an ID card on a card reader and operates the reader for entrance, the entrance information is recorded in a data base by pairing the information with the name of the person based on the peculiar data written on the ID card. When the entrance information is recorded, exit information is recorded as 'not exit' (the record number (1) of (a)). In addition, the record number indicating the recording position of the entrance information and the destination of the person are written in the data base as card information by pairing the number and destination with the peculiar data on the ID card (c). When the person sets the ID card on the card reader and operates the reader for exit, the record number and destination are read out from the card information written in the data base based on the peculiar data on the ID card and the exit information is written in the cumulative record of the read-out record number by pairing the number and destination with inputted information.</p> |
