<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heat and time efficiencies at the time of roasting, control the roasting technique which is an artisan craft according to a program by a mechactronic and a sensing techniques, enable the stable production control of uniform quality, reduce the equipment investment and production cost, further enable the apparatus to have production functions and mass production of preroasted beans and automatically carry out various kinds of controls according to the kinds of beans. SOLUTION: This apparatus is obtained by providing a roasting process ranging from a charging step for beans such as coffee beans, a step for roasting the beans with moisture contained in the beans in a covered device, a dry roasting step, an after-heating step, a regulating step, a discharging step for the beans and a cooling step to a recharging step in the secondary line.</p> |
