<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the band availability of a transmission line when a stream constituted of an abondoned packet and a valid packet is transferred and to correctly decode the stream regardlessly of the delay fluctuation of the transmission line. SOLUTION: In a transmitter 11, an identification means 141 abondons the packet to be abondoned, and a counter 143 measures a continuous number of the abondoned packet, and a transmission means 111 transmits the continuous numbers of the valid packet and the abondoned packet. In a receiver 12, the invalid packets of the same number as the continuous number of the abondoned packet are generated, and a multiplex means 153 multiplexes them with the valid packets. Thereafter, a storage means 122 and an adaptive clock generating device 123 generate a raw output clock so that the data amount of the storage means 122 becomes a fixed level, and output the data synchronously with the output clock.</p> |
