SOLUTION: S1) Activated C is weighted (S1), the weighed activated C is kneaded (S2), a binder is weighed (3), wherein the binder content is 10 wt.% or less, pref. 1 wt.% to the whole, the weighed binder is mixed and kneaded with the kneaded active C (S4), and the active C is rolled into a sheet and cut at a specified size into a polarizable electrode (S5). This electrode uses an insulative binder such as polyethyleneterephthalate or polyvinylidenefluoride, and is an activated C electrode contg. no conductive material, this simplifying its manufacturing process and reducing the time required for manufacturing.</p> |
