<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake detector that can indicate the seismic intensity of an earthquake in each place in real time, and at the same time can be used as an interior decoration and an emergency light. SOLUTION: An earthquake detector is composed of an earthquake detection plate 16 that has a plurality of annular earthquake detection parts being formed on a concentric circle by a conductive material, an elastic body 11 where the conductive material is used or forming, one end is fixed, the other is brought into contact with the earthquake detection plate as a free end, and the free end is normally positioned at the center of an earthquake detection part and is rocked according to the rocking of an earthquake while the free end is maintained to be in contact with the earthquake detection plate 16, an electronic circuit that detects the contact signal between the other end of the elastic body and the earthquake detection part for generating a signal, and an alarm means that receives the signal from the electronic circuit and issues the seismic intensity information of the earthquake. Also, in addition to the configuration, an interior decoration such as a globe, and an emergency light that receives the signal from the electronic circuit for emitting light are provided.</p> |
