PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sitting feeling of a seat part and to effectively massage the shoulders, the hips and the back, etc., by appropriate strength by providing a chair type massage machine provided with the seat part and the backrest part with a machine type massage tool on a backrest part and an air type massage tool on the seat part. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with the seat part 3 supported by a leg body 2, the backrest part 4 disposed on the rear part of the seat part 3, a footrest 5 disposed on the front lower part of the seat part 3 and armrest parts 6 arranged on both left and right sides of the seat part 3. The backrest part 4 is reclinable by a reclining device 7 and the machine type massage tool 8 for transmitting the driving power of a motor to a plurality of rubbing balls (rollers for massage) 9 and making them perform a rubbing operation and a hitting operation is incorporated in the backrest part 4. In the meantime, the seat part 3 is provided with two pieces each of the air type massage tools 45 and 46 on a backward position and a forward position and a finger pressure operation is respectively performed through a treater by an air cell expanded and contracted by an air pressure.
