摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate which can be used suitably for an electromagnetic-wave shield by a method, wherein the laminated body is formed in such a way that a metal layer which has a light transmitting part on one main face of a transparent polymer film and whose thickness is in a range of a specific value is formed on the film, and the open area ratio and the sheet resistance of the metal layer are set in the range of a specific values. SOLUTION: It is preferable that a transparent polymer film 60 have a proper heat resistant property and a proper light transmitting property. For this purpose, a metal layer is formed on a main face. The thickness of the metal layer is preferably 200 to 2,000 nm. When the thickness is larger than this value, time is taken for etching operation. When the thickness is smaller, an electromagnetic-wave shielding ability becomes poor in. The open area ratio of a light transmitting part is preferably set at 60 to 95%. The shape of the light transmitting part is formed preferably, in such a way that uniform equilateral triangles are arranged unformly inside a face. The substantial sheet resistance of the metal layer is preferably at 0.05 to 0.5Ω/(square). When its value is smaller than this value, the film thickness becomes too large, and an opening part cannot be formed sufficient large. When the value is larger, a sufficient electromagnetic-wave shielding capability cannot be obtained.
