摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a frequency gain by distributing an input signal into two signals having a phase difference, and delaying one signal by time delay corresponding to frequencies, and delaying the other signal by fixed time delay, and operating vector synthesis. SOLUTION: A signal having a power A in bands f1-f2 is inputted to an input terminal 1, and distributed with a power 1/2A through a 3 dB coupler 3 to a terminal 12 and a terminal 11 with phase delay at 90 deg.. A signal from the terminal 11 is inputted to a phase device 5, and outputted with phase delay (α+90 deg.) while the power is maintained. A signal from the terminal 12 is transmitted through a delay line 6, and outputted with phase delay different according to frequencies while the power is maintained. The signals outputted from the phase device 5 and the delay line 6 are coupled by a 3 dB coupler 7. The voltage to a varactor of the phase device 5 is adjusted so that the phase delay can be adjusted, and the line length of the delay line 6 is adjusted so that the frequency gain characteristics can be adjusted into various inclinations.
