PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel excavator capable of performing the excavation with excellent accuracy while efficiently crushing large stones and rocks. SOLUTION: In this tunnel excavator provided with a cutter frame 4 of the specified shape connected to drive shafts of a plurality of rotating motors through a crank 5, performing the parallel link motion copying a tunnel excavation section by the synchronous operation of the drive shafts, roller cutters 10 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the frames at the front side on a cutting face side of the cutter frames 4 so that a rotary shaft 21 of a disk cutter 20 is rotated in the normal direction orthogonal to the advancing direction accompanied by the parallel link motion of the cutter frame 4. |
