PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce deformed steel shapes with collars without using welding by using an universal mill having at least one stage and an edges mill having at least one stage by hot rolling steel shapes with collars that a web, flanges, and the collars which are bent outward roughly at a right angle to the flange at one end or both ends of the flange, are unified. SOLUTION: A rough shape of steel shapes with collars 11 are formed by an universal mill having at least one stage 17, the edging to form the edge shape of the tip of a collar 14 is done by an edge mill having at least one stage 19. The final shape of the steel shapes with collars 11 is done by an universal mill having at least one stage 18. Here, the steel shapes with collars as the one that a web 12, flanges 13 and collars 14, which are bent outward at one end or both ends of the flange 13 roughly at a right angle to the flange 13, are unified. |
